We use the Insurance Courier Service (ICS) for prompt delivery of hard copy reports and documents.

Reports include the computerized appraisal along with quality photos and a cover letter detailing our report.

Total loss reports are included if applicable and dealer values and Internet comparisons, Autosource reports detailing options and equipment as confirmed by serial numbers and ACV reports.

We can also make necessary arrangements with brokers at International bridges for bringing vehicles back to Canada when necessary.

We specialize in motorcycles, custom and factory built, including Harley-Davidson.

We also specialize in mechanical tear downs, stolen and recovered vehicles, suspicious claims and fire losses along with the experience of giving court testimony at many occasions with a very high rate of success.

We also carry Errors and Omissions insurance.

Facilities are available to receive a burnt vehicle or a vehicle that has failed mechanically to be dismantled and inspected to find the exact cause of fire or mechanical failure.

After years in the industry we have excellent connections with a local laboratory where we can have oil filter and gas samples diagnosed to find the exact amount of contamination, if any.

We have also gathered an excellent network of support in the industry to diagnose and confirm previous mechanical damages, etc.
